01

Collaboration

Process, timing, pricing and decisions worth clarifying before kickoff.

What does the website or store process look like?

We start with a conversation about goals, scope, audience, budget and available materials. Then I prepare the structure, UX/UI design, implementation, testing and launch. You work directly with me, so decisions, design and code stay in one process.

How long does it take to build a website?

A simple business website or landing page usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. A larger website, online store or migration with integrations can take 4 to 8 weeks or more. The exact timeline depends on the scope.

What affects the project price?

The price depends mainly on the number of views, design complexity, CMS or store platform, integrations, data migration, SEO scope, content and post-launch care. That is why I ask for a short project context before pricing.

How does payment work?

For larger projects, payment is split into stages, usually an upfront payment, a design milestone and a final implementation payment. The exact split is included in the offer so the process is clear from the start.

02

Design and build

What is included in the design and how the technical handoff works.

Will the website design be custom?

Yes. The layout, messaging and interface are tailored to your brand, offer and website goal. I use proven UX patterns where they make sense, but I do not build the site as a random off-the-shelf template.

Will the website work well on phones?

Yes. The design and implementation are responsive, and key views are checked on mobile and desktop before launch. I pay special attention to readability, forms, performance and contact paths.

Can I edit the website myself after launch?

If the project needs self-editing, I choose a CMS or setup that supports it. This usually means WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop or editable sections prepared for a specific website.

Can you help with domain and hosting?

Yes. I can advise on hosting and help connect the domain, SSL, email, DNS and production environment. If you already have hosting, I check whether it fits the technology and expected traffic.

03

Content and assets

Copy, images, references and assets needed for a useful start.

Do I need ready-made website copy?

Not always. We can work with final copy, rough notes, offer materials or define the content structure together. If you need full copywriting, I include it in the scope or recommend it as a separate stage.

Do I need to provide photos?

Authentic photos of the company, team, product or work usually give the best result. If you do not have them, we can plan a shoot, use product materials or select consistent supporting images from legal sources.

Can I share other websites as inspiration?

Yes, it helps a lot. I am interested not only in what you like visually, but why: layout, tone of voice, offer presentation, cart, form, motion or the overall impression.

04

Stores, SEO and care

E-commerce platforms, Google visibility and work after launch.

What online store platforms do you build with?

I mainly work with WooCommerce, Shopify and PrestaShop. I help configure products, variants, payments, shipping, SEO basics, analytics and integrations needed to launch sales.

Do you handle SEO?

Yes, mainly technical and implementation SEO. I handle heading structure, performance, indexing, metadata, redirects, schema.org basics and clean URLs. Broader content SEO can be planned as a separate stage.

Do you offer care after launch?

Yes. After launch, I can handle updates, fixes, monitoring, new sections, performance optimization and technical support. The care scope depends on how important the website is for your sales process.

Still not sure?
